Refund Policy

Payments made for campaign planning, creator coordination, content work, or promotional services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds may be considered only if the campaign has not been initiated or if Influah is unable to execute the agreed service.

Influah does not guarantee sales, revenue, or conversions.
